A full shopfront refit for Palace Amusements on Hastings seafront, stripped back and rebuilt with new timber pilasters, fascia and stallrisers.
Set on Hastings seafront, Palace Amusements needed its tired shopfront brought up to date without closing its doors. The existing frontage was stripped back to the structure, then rebuilt with new timber framing, pilasters, fascia and stallrisers, finished in a clean stone colour that lifts the whole building. Work was planned around the arcade's 24-hour opening, keeping entrances clear and disruption to a minimum, and the result is a sharp, durable frontage built to handle the seafront weather.
