Contemporary vertical cladding for a residential gable end in Ash, Kent, insulated, battened and finished in a sleek dark grey.
This bungalow in Ash, Kent, was given a modern update with new external cladding to its gable end. The existing wall was prepared and fitted with insulation board, followed by a timber batten framework to create a ventilated cavity behind the finish. Dark grey vertical board cladding was then installed, giving the home a clean, contemporary look against the original brickwork while adding weather protection and improving thermal performance.
