A fully bespoke arched door and frame, CNC-cut and handmade to fit an original brick archway.
No off-the-shelf door was ever going to fit this original brick archway, so the door and frame were made entirely from scratch. The arch was measured and CNC-cut for an exact match to the curve of the old brickwork, then combined with traditional joinery methods to build a solid tongue-and-groove door and frame. Finished in crisp white, it sits neatly within the aged brick, giving the opening a clean, practical door that looks like it was always meant to be there.
